WELCOME TO My Rent-a-Kitchen
My Rent-a-Kitchen is a State of Florida, licensed, inspected and approved commercial kitchen, developed for your use in preparing food for catering services, wedding caterers, local catering, food truck caterers and prepackaged goods producers, such as artisan packaged local goods for sale - wholesale or retail. We are a small commercial kitchen for rent.
The kitchen is available in a multiple of ways such as:
- Annual rental for pre-packaged goods that need a licensed facility to have on a label to allow them to be commercially available products. We meet or exceed all Florida Department of Agriculture requirements. Billed Monthly at $180.00 for 10 hours of kitchen time per month. Hourly rates apply for additional hours.
- Annual Commissary - for Food Trucks & Hot Dog Carts who need a commercial kitchen home base.
We will be glad to assist with all your kitchen permit needs. We currently have clients here who use the space for restaurant overflow, full-time catering, church groups who need a larger kitchen, as well as start-up customers who make pre-packaged goods for sale such as Banana Bread, pre-packaged Jams & Jellies, Cookies and Cakes. Kitchen available 24/7 - self coordinated by users shared Google Calendar
